The Platform is provided for operational review, donation-risk monitoring, audit history, case management, evidence preparation, reporting, and related administrative purposes.
2. Authorised use
Users may only use the Platform for lawful and authorised purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions obligations, contractual obligations, and internal governance requirements.
3. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing all alerts, reports, classifications, cases, audit records, evidence packs, and outputs generated by the Platform before taking action or relying on them.
4. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
Access to the Platform may be interrupted, limited, delayed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, operational reasons, security reasons, technical issues, or events outside reasonable control.
5. Platform changes
Features, workflows, reports, indicators, classifications, layouts, exports, and functionality may change over time as the Platform develops.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Platform software, workflows, layouts, designs, content, exports, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect loss, business interruption, operational disruption, loss of revenue, loss of donations, processor action, account restrictions, account freezes, reputational harm, regulatory action, sanctions exposure, data loss, or reliance on Platform outputs.
8. Third-party services
The Platform may interact with third-party services, processors, APIs, infrastructure providers, or integrations. Availability and behaviour of third-party services may affect Platform functionality.
9. Suspension or termination
Access to the Platform may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where necessary for operational, legal, contractual, compliance, security, or misuse-related reasons.
10. Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
